There is an other very interesting mehod where instead of
words we can use letters to penetrate even deeper in the
subconscious.
In Kabbalah we find such system (wonderfully described by
Franz Bardon in "The key to the true Kabbalah") and we can go
beyond the self hypnosis through words, developing a new
type of self-hypnosis through many steps:
Step 1 : learn to pronounce tripolarily each letter
(i.e. giving to this letter a color, a sensation, a sound)
Step 2 : connect each letter to a particular signification
Step 3 : repeat both associated and dissociated the letters putting them ON
THE SCENE that we want to influence.
Because the letters are linked to a signification, and the mind is bound in
a tetrapolary fashion, something very strange happens. Try it.
