The Secrets of the Elements
Elements in China, Alchemy and "Kynesthetic" in NLP
We find that the concept of elements developed by chinese medicine can be very useful in giving more specificity to what in NLP is called "kynesthetic"
Five elements Theory
1 - Wood: corresponds to spleen and to the following emotions => negative: rage / positive: dinamicity
2 - Fire: corresponds to heart and to the following emotions => negative: cruelty / positive: love
3 - Earth: corresponds Milza and to the following emotions => negative: unbalance / positive: balance
4 - Metal: corresponds to the lungs and to the following emotions => negative: depression / positive : courage-expression
5 - Water: corresponds to the kidneys and to the following emotions => negative: anxiety / positive : self esteem
With this scheme, we can give a new look to the idea of "kynesthetic feelings" and can find new ways of healing in NLP. This is the path of NLP3.
