Body parts and sensory channels new pathways of integration...
An example where this work may be very useful is in connecting some NLP concepts to Kabbalah concepts. NLP claims at the discovery of the utility of analizing mental activity through the use of sensory channels.
We find what NLP calls "sensory channels" are more than the senses (in reality the modern neurological research has proved that the idea of "sense" is very vague) and we can usefuly link them to Body Parts and Elements.
This idea of Body Parts is very well developed in Kabbalah and western Magic.
In Kabbalah we find:
- Head
- Lungs
- Abdomen
- Feet
This kind of representation is compatible with classic NLP point of view
Head => The sense of seeing
Lungs => The sense of hearing
Abdomen => Kynestesia
Feet => not used in NLP, could refer to Ke or motor kynesthetic
The person with knowledge on such arguments can use the above table for opening new pathways of study...
You may read Franz Bardon Introduction into Hermetics and you will find many powerful technics, which you can integrate with NLP techniques
